| The owners, moving from Denver, chose to rehabilitate an existing house on a small lot (10,000 square feet) in a fine old neighborhood, rather than contribute to the urban sprawl of metropolitan Phoenix. The collaboration of architecture and landscape transformed the "tract home" into a magical living place between two gardens. |
